Care

  • When the bag is not in use, it should be placed in it's dust bag, zipped up and the handles should not be bent or deformed. 
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to strong light, heat and humidity. 
  • Leather can stretch - avoid overfilling our bag to maintain it's original shape. 
  • To clean your leather bag we recommend using a soft clean cloth dampened with fresh water, then wipe with a dry cloth. Leave the bag for 24-48 hours to dry.
  • Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbing tools that could scratch or damage the surface. 

Delivery

Orders are dispatched 1-3 days after purchase. However, please note that during busy periods such as new launches and sales, dispatch may take up to 10 working days.


Once your order has been dispatched, we estimate that it will take 1-2 weeks to most cities (U.S./CAN/U.K./AUS).

Exchange

Merchandise is accepted for refund if returned in an approved and saleable condition within 30 days from when you received it. We do not offer exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Love the bag and the design

Love the bag and the design. There is so much room and lightweight. I can definitely see myself traveling with this bag holding all of my essentials in one place. The material is soft and appears to be weather resistant. The shipping was a bit slow, but this was to be expected. The price is great, the sale certainly helped.

One of the best purchases I’ve made

I’m the kind of person who carries everything with me, so I was looking for a big, sturdy, and practical bag. This one exceeded my expectations.

I walk more than a kilometer with it daily, fully loaded, and after a year of constant use, it still looks brand new. The leather is in perfect condition, with no signs of wear or damage.

It’s incredibly versatile—great for the beach, grocery runs, travel, or even as a diaper bag. If you’re like me and need to carry lots of stuff, this bag is ideal.

For the price, you can’t ask for more. If it ever breaks—which I doubt—I’ll be looking for the exact same one. Fabulous.

This is a really pretty purse!

This bag is super nice. A designer dupe. The material is very soft and supple. It looks very chic and is very well made. I love this bag and am very happy with my purchase. The purse has one pocket inside and a magnetic closure. It’s very large and roomy, and is great quality.
